Nabiximols

A pharmaceutical THC:CBD oromucosal spray approved in the UK, Canada, and the EU for MS spasticity. Not FDA-approved.

Nabiximols is the product behind much of the strongest cannabinoid trial evidence, including the NASEM moderate-evidence finding on short-term sleep outcomes.

It is not approved in the United States.
